This is where we need you the most! Help us set up an amazing night for our Empire Oaks kids and families. ❤️ Setup will take place one day before the event, giving you the opportunity to lend a hand, get everything ready, and then enjoy the Harvest Festival with your family! Help us make the night even sweeter by donating one large bag of Costco "Kirkland funhouse treats" OR "Mega Mix 600 piece bag" from Sam's Club for our Trunk-or-Treat volunteers to hand out to our Empire Oaks kids! 🍭👻 ***IMPORTANT please no chocolate, or peanuts due to possible allergies. Thank you! You can drop candy off at the office any day before the event! Your donation will make a big impact and help us create a fun and memorable night for our kids and families. We truly appreciate your generosity and support in making this special event possible!

Help us make this year’s Trunk-or-Treat a spooktacular event for our families! Trunk or Treat Hosts do not have to be a parent, we would love to see grandparents, aunts, uncles, & family friends! We’re looking for volunteers to decorate their vehicles, pass out candy, (candy will be provided) and help create a fun and festive Halloween experience for everyone. 🚗 Bring your vehicle and decorate your trunk with a fun Halloween theme. Get creative—spooky, silly, cute, or completely over-the-top! ****Please ensure all decor is school and age appropriate. ***** 👻 Dress up if you’d like! Costumes are encouraged and make the event even more fun. 🍬 You do NOT need to provide candy. Candy will be provided for participating hosts to hand out.

Join us as a Cake Walk Volunteer and help make this classic game a favorite of the night! As the Cake Walk host, you’ll help explain the game, keep participants moving around the circle, play and stop the music, and announce the lucky winner when the music stops! You’ll help keep the game organized, upbeat, and fun for kids and families. No special experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm, a smile, and your best game-host energy! 🎃🍰🎶

Help us make this a spooktacular night to remember! 👻 For this role, volunteers will assist our middle and high school helpers, who will be running the games throughout the evening. Your main responsibilities will be to: * Answer questions and provide guidance to the student volunteers. * Help keep game lines organized and moving smoothly. * Refill prizes and supplies as needed. * Jump in wherever an extra hand is needed to help the game stations run smoothly.

Please help us keep the line organized and out of the way of other vendors. Face painting is crowd favorite and we could use your help keeping the line organized and moving.

The fun doesn’t end when the Harvest Festival does! Help us wrap up an amazing night for our Empire Oaks kids and families by joining our Cleanup Crew. This is your chance to work alongside fellow volunteers, enjoy a few laughs, and leave our event space looking just as wonderful as we found it. Every helping hand makes a difference—and the more hands we have, the faster we can get the job done!

Help us capture all of the memories so we can share them back with you and your families. No need for special cameras, a good smart phone with plenty of storage will be perfect! You will share photos to a link provided to you once the race is completed. Photos will be used for this year's yearbook.
